INGREDIENTS :
- Sirimon Olive Labneh
- Baguette sliced
- Olive Oil
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp Garlic minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Rucola leaves
- Honey
METHOD :
- Brush baguette slices with Olive Oil and grill them on both sides.
- In the same pan, add more Olive Oil, sauté minced Garlic, add Cherry Tomatoes, Salt & Pepper. Grill till charred.
- Place Grilled Tomatoes, Labneh balls and Rucola leaves on grilled baguette. Serve with a drizzle of Honey.
