INGREDIENTS :
Paneer Tikka :
- 250 gms Sirimon Paneer
- 1/2 cup Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Chickpea flour roasted
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi
Other Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp Coriander - Mint Chutney
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 1 tsp Chili Garlic Chutney
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1/2 Tomato chopped
- Sev
- Pomegranate
- Handful of Fresh Coriander
METHOD :
- Cut paneer into cubes. Combine rest of the ingredients for tikka to marinate paneer.
- Add paneer to the marination and rest for an hour.
- Arrange paneer cubes in a skewer and grill until charred. Cut grilled paneer into bite size pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together paneer tikka, all the chutneys, onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander and pomegranate.
- Add Sev on top and serve.
