INGREDIENTS :

Paneer Tikka :

  • 250 gms Sirimon Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Chickpea flour roasted
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Kasuri Methi

Other Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp Coriander - Mint Chutney
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 tsp Chili Garlic Chutney
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 Tomato chopped
  • Sev
  • Pomegranate
  • Handful of Fresh Coriander

METHOD :

  • Cut paneer into cubes. Combine rest of the ingredients for tikka to marinate paneer.
  • Add paneer to the marination and rest for an hour.
  • Arrange paneer cubes in a skewer and grill until charred. Cut grilled paneer into bite size pieces.
  • In a large bowl, mix together paneer tikka, all the chutneys, onion, tomatoes, fresh coriander and pomegranate.
  • Add Sev on top and serve.
