- Leftover chapatis
- Pizza tomato sauce
- Mozzarella

- Chopped Red and yellow peppers

- Onion chutney
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley/ Basil
Perfect for leftover chapatis during Christmas week.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Put parchment paper on a baking tray. Put chapati and follow by spreading the pizza sauce, and then the toppings, and then the (grated or torn apart) cheese. Bake for a few minutes.
Once ready, drizzle olive oil and spoon some chutney on the top with some fresh parsley/basil.
