Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • Diced ham
  • Baby spinach
  • Salt & pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Mixed herbs
  • ½ cup grated Sirimon Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Sirimon Cheddar cheese
  • Egg wash

Procedure:

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Melt butter over medium heat, Reduce heat to low and add flour and whisk until it;s smooth.
  • Slowly add milk and keep whisking until all the flour lumps dissapear. Add mustard and seasoning and mix well.
  • Add cheese and mix just until it’s melted then put off the heat, add diced ham & baby spinach and mix well untill eveeything is well incorporated.
  • Slightly roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface then cut the puff pastry into squares.
  • Add a scoop of the ham mix at the center of every square and fold the corners.
  • Brush egg wash on the squares and sprinkle mixed herbs on top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese and puff pastry is golden brown.
