4 chicken breasts
1 tsp of salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp of butter
2 tbsps of flour
2 cups of milk
2 tsp of chives
1 cup Sirimon Feta cheese
1/2 cup Sirimon Everyday cheese
Season the chicken breasts with black pepper and salt.
Sautée the seasoned chicken breasts in oil, 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Then remove chicken.
In a pan, add in butter, flour, milk, Sirimon Feta and Everyday cheese until the mixture thickens up. Top it off with some chives and black pepper and remove from heat once the cheese has melted.
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken breasts and serve with green beans and rice.
