Ingredients
40gms arugula
250 gms sirimon halloumi
15 small cherry tomatoes, halved
300 gms chicken strips
1 red onion
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Method of Preparation
1.) Pan sear the halloumi and chicken strips separately
2.) Mix the cut yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion, cucumber and arugula to a bowl.
3.) Mix in the halloumi and chicken then sprinkle the olive oil and vinegar. Enjoy!
