INGREDIENTS :
Gunpowder :
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Black peppercorn
- ½ tsp Cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 8-10 Dry Kashmiri red chilli / chili flakes
- 1 tbsp Chana dal
- 1 tbsp Urad dal
- ½ tsp Oil
- 6-8 Curry leaves
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Pinch of Asafoetida
Mushrooms :
- 250 gms Mushrooms halved
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- ½ tsp Ginger – Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Sambar Masala
- 1 tbsp Gunpowder
- Salt to taste
- Handful of Fresh Coriander

- Bread
