INGREDIENTS :

Gunpowder :

  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Black peppercorn
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 8-10 Dry Kashmiri red chilli / chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Chana dal
  • 1 tbsp Urad dal
  • ½ tsp Oil
  • 6-8 Curry leaves
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • Pinch of Asafoetida

Mushrooms :

  • 250 gms Mushrooms halved
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • ½ tsp Ginger – Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sambar Masala
  • 1 tbsp Gunpowder
  • Salt to taste
  • Handful of Fresh Coriander
