Pull Apart Christmas Tree

Ingredients

550 gms Pizza Dough

500gms Sirimon Mozzarella

1/2 tbsp dried basil

1/2 tbsp dried thyme

1 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves minced garlic

1 red bell pepper

1 bunch fresh coriander

Method of Preparation

1.) Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares

2.) Cut the cheese into cubes and place each on a dough square. Form into a ball

3.) Arrange in the shape of a Christmas tree on a baking tin lined with parchment paper

4.) Brush with egg-wash and bake at 180 degrees celcius for 20 minutes.

5.) Decorate with chopped parsley and red bell pepper
