Lamb chops
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 cloves garlic
- A thumb of ginger
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (with molasses)
- 3-4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- Salt & Pepper
Feta yoghurt sauce
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 150g marinated feta
- Fresh coriander or mint
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
For the Feta sauce, crumble up the feta and place in a bowl. Add in the yoghurt, and chopped coriander or mint. Add in grated garlic, juice of a lemon, Drizzle of olive oil and some salt. Mix well and set aside in the fridge.
For the lamb chops, start by putting fresh ginger, garlic, brown sugar, juice of the lemons, herbs, oil, soy sauce, all the spices in the blender. Blend till creamy consistency.
Follow by patting dry your chops then season them with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour the creamy marinade all over and set aside for 30 min to marinate.
Heat your pan with some oil and cook the chops for 2-3 min on each side.
Once ready, garnish with fresh thyme, and pour over the feta sauce all over and put some in a small dish as a dip.
