INGREDIENTS :
- Sirimon Marinated Feta
- 1 cup Risotto rice
- 1 White Onion chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 ltr Vegetable stock
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Micro greens
METHOD :
- Heat Oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic til translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add rice, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Cook for a minute. Now slowly add the stock, little at a time. Cook on low heat, keep adding stalk until rice is cooked.
- Once rice is done, add parmesan and butter. Cook for few more minutes.
- Serve with marinated feta and micro greens.
