INGREDIENTS :

  • Sirimon Marinated Feta
  • 1 cup Risotto rice
  • 1 White Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 ltr Vegetable stock
  • 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Micro greens

METHOD :

  • Heat Oil in a pan, saut√© onion and garlic til translucent. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Add rice, salt, pepper and chili flakes. Cook for a minute. Now slowly add the stock, little at a time. Cook on low heat, keep adding stalk until rice is cooked.
  • Once rice is done, add parmesan and butter. Cook for few more minutes.
  • Serve with marinated feta and micro greens.
